C/o Surya is the latest Indian bilingual action drama film produced by Chakri Chigurupati under Lakshmi Narasimha Entertainments. The film has been written and directed by Suseenthiran who has earlier directed the super successful Na Peru Surya starring Karthi in the lead role. The film became a huge hit in Telugu. The director teamed up with Sundeep Kishan now for this interesting film. The soundtrack for this movie is composed by D. Imman. Kasi Viswanathan and Laxman Kumar handle the editing and cinematography respectively. The Tamil version of the film is Nenjil Thunivurundhal. Both are releasing today and check the review here.Surya (Sundeep Kishan) and Mahesh are best friends. They do catering business. Mahesh falls in love with Surya’s sister (Anu). When Mahesh wanted to confess this to Surya, Anu stops him. On the other side, Saamba Sivudu who does settlements accepts a deal to kill Mahesh. But the twist in the tale arises when Surya comes to know that Saamba Sivudu wants to kill his sister Anu. Why does Samba Sivudu want to kill Anu? What did Surya do? forms the rest of the story.
The film stars Sundeep Kishan playing the role called Surya. Sundeep Kishan is at his usual best as he has played a role like Surya in the past but the best part of this is that he has shown improvement and revealed the emotional side too. The film’s leading lady Mehreen Kaur is also nice. She performed well and continued her success streak. Harish Uthaman has got a key role in the film and his performance is also at the usual best. Thagubothu Ramesh, Satya and Praveen are good in their roles and entertained the audiences. All the other actors did their job well.
Technical Team:
The film has got a good technical team. The cinematography of the film is impressive. The way the director and DOP are in sync is good and they have generated a quality product. The editing by Kasi Viswanathan is nice and sharp. Laxman Kumar is the DOP. The music is scored by Imman. The audio album is okay and the background score is excellent. The music director has given his best for the film. The production values of the film are grand. Technically, the film is looking good and the bilingual aspect is also nice.
